Almost 38 years after their formation, British band Simply Red are releasing their twelfth studio album entitled ‘Time’. The soul-pop icons around frontman and singer Mick Hucknall process numerous socio-critical insights and personal experiences – as part of a journey of self-discovery and emotional reflection. ‘Time’ combines all of this in twelve catchy songs that impress with their musical diversity and concise melodies. The album not only remains true to the band’s typical sound, but also becomes a very personal work.
We have produced ‘Time’ as an optimal media book in CD/DVD format. The folder-like hardcover is equipped with two eye-catching pockets in elegant red on the inside. These pockets were glued on the U2 for the CD and on the U3 for the booklet. Thanks to the punched, round grip holes on the top, the contents can be easily removed. The CD pocket is also punched out in a circular shape in the centre.
The 16-page booklet in the second pocket contains lyrics, pictures and an exclusive signature by the singer. The outside of the hardcover has been finished with a scratch-resistant matt film, which gives the product a very special feel.
