Opening of a school library
At the beginning of the year, optimal media has a tradition of making donations to associations and charitable initiatives in the region that have been suggested by employees beforehand. This year, one of them was the Förderverein Grundschule Am Papenberg in Waren (Müritz), which we supported with 1,000 euros for the construction of a school library – an important step, especially in times of digitalisation, to open up the imaginative and seemingly endless world of books to children.
About a year after the start of the project, the finished library was ceremoniously opened on 17 November 2022 with all school classes and invited guests. We are very happy that the project was realised so lovingly and in a way that is suitable for children and wish many curious little readers.
