Brilliant colour printing
The monograph “Light Years”, which we produced, also features Pantone Warm Red as a striking accent and presents a comprehensive overview of the artist’s work. The book cover, book block and endpapers were printed in this colour. The smooth-edged pages with three-sided colour-edged pages and selected texts within the interior also echo the colour scheme, providing a design framework for the exhibition catalogue. To emphasise the natural quality of the works depicted, we opted for a high-volume interior paper with a natural feel, which enables brilliant image reproduction. A scratch-resistant matt film lamination on pages U1, U4 and the spine also gives the monograph a non-reflective finish. The vibrancy of the Pantone colour is nevertheless preserved.
