Sheet-fed offset printing

At optimal media, passion meets cutting-edge technology: our outstanding offset printers use state-of-the-art machinery. Offset printing is performed on stochastic (FM) or amplitude-modulated (AM) screens with up to 250lpi – 150lpi being considered average.

Along with Euroscale-based printing, we also use the aniva® System with its considerably enhanced colour space. Seven offset machines are available for sheet-fed printing – from the six-colour manroland HiPrint to the ten-colour Heidelberg Speedmaster, allowing us to process sheet sizes of up to 1030 mm x 730 mm maximum and use the latest Heidelberg UV technology to print on synthetic materials and processed paper surfaces .
